Deep fried mochi (rice cake)

Rice cake, called mochi in Japanese.
I used special sticky rice I produced.

Deep fried mochi is good for breakfast and merienda ;-)

Dipped in soy sauce and honey or sugar.
Also good with soy sauce with grated radish.
