Now composting of vegetable waste is improving. It is first compartment. You can see a lot of steam from compost. This compost was piled on February 4. Before, many water(juice) came out of compost. It is supposed to be by steam by heat of compost. We are trying to change how to input dry matter. We input small amount of dry matter at first. And mixing with dry matter again when juice comes out. We will try to add vegetable waste little by little until filled up one compartment. After that, turn compost to next compartment.

It is our actual situation now. We cannot avoid to not produce garbage. But we can reduce. Especially plastics… There are limited resources on the earth, but it is very hard to re-produce plastic from plastic,, Even though, we are wasting huge amount,, The first step to reduce our garbage is to know our garbage and segregate to type of garbage. Save our environment.
