押し切りは便利であります。人力で簡単に草を細かくできます。 堆肥作りを指導中。 参加者はみんな日本へ行った研修生。 帰ってきてから農業やってます。

There are no club roots in our demo farm. We harvested big cauliflower.

We have a lot of weeds. we can use it as mulching for plants especially fruits vegetable. It can help moisture contents in soil. And also it will be organic matter, compost in the future.

Starting in Madaymen, Kibungan. We are starting other project for marketing system improvement in Kibungan. We had meeting with motivated farmers. We discussed how supply continuously and improve quality for improving marketing system. The most important is continuous supply, then improving quality. So that buyers will appreciate the products. Consumers side, they need vegetable anytime when they want. Producers should adjust consumers behavior. … This project starts from farmers side to improve production technology to supply continuously.

無事、石窯が完成しました。 階段も作ってくれて、なかなかかっこいいです。 中身はこんなふうになっています。 現地にある資材、ココナッツの殻と皮を使って火入れ。 石が熱くなるようにがんがん燃やします。 石が熱くなって中が高温になったらどんどん炭が作れます（木材なら）。 ココナッツの殻と皮ではどうなるか。試行錯誤です。

明日で完成予定。

7月から生産の予定を組んで、種まきをはじめて、明日、やっとこさ宅配事業が始まりそうです。 今日は前日に農家に出荷してもらい、パッキング等の練習、研修を行ないました。 何回か、まとまって練習する予定。その後は、農家でパッキングを行なってもらう予定です。
