The earth has only limited resources. What have human been doing since long time ago? We have been consuming and consuming of resources of the earth. Such as forest of Egypt, Mesopotamia, and also around the Mediterranean sea. It had been long long time ago. Now, the scale is earth wide, especially Brasil. Climate is changing and changing. … According to a news, this year’s climate is similar as 1998. In the year also, there were few typhoons, and between end of El Nino and start of La Nina. So we may be able to predict climate now. … There is a problem,,, I don’t remember climate of 1998… :(( … It is now on La Nina. 2007 to 2008 was also La Nina. I remember,,, the dry season was short, it rained on February already. And on April, it had typhoon. So it might be similar climate as 2008…

China make fake products, so i cooked '”fake” Chinese food. Ingredients Pork Egg plant Garlic Chili Onion leaves -Seasons- Chili garlic source Miso (pesto of fermented soy beans) Sake (Japanese rice wine) Sugar Black pepper Soup stock Corn starch Soy source Vinegar Sesame oil Chop small size, like ground pork Cut thin Chop into fine pieces Same as garlic A handful (chop into small pieces) 1 table spoon 1 table spoon 1 table spoon little little little 1 table spoon little little little Mix “seasons” and hot water (100-150ml) very well.(1) Mix corn starch with same amount of water. 日本を助けたことになるかもしれない。 と思った。 日本と中国の関係で。 尖閣諸島で中国船長を拘束して、その後、返した。 たぶん、なんだかあったのだと思う。裏で。 中国で日本人が拘留されたり、レアアースを日本へ渡さないと言ったり。 前まではそんなことなかったけれど、今はそんな時代。 中国は強くなった。もうすぐGDPで抜かれそうやし。 ･･･ 日本はアメリカに守られている。 でも、こんなに中国が大きくなると、アメリカも無視できない。経済面で。 そうすると,日本と中国との間でなんかあったときにアメリカはどっちを味方するのか。 それかどっちつかずになるのか。 どっちにしても今までのようにはいかないと思う。 そんな中、中国人がノーベル賞をとった。 でもその人は、中国では犯罪者。 中国はそんな人をノーベル賞にと反対してる。 どういった経緯でノーベル賞に選ばれたかは詳しくな知らないけれど、ノーベル賞は世界の大事な賞。 ･･･だと思う。 それに反対する中国は、世界意見を反対してるととられるかもしれない。 そうすると、中国は、まだ政治、思想的なことで世界基準に達していないととられるかもしれない。 中国のそんなところが怪しい。と思われる。経済とは別の面で。 ･･･ ふと思った。

フィリピンにもいろいろな外食?屋台?みたいなものがあります。 BBQ BBQを焼いている近くを通ると、炭火の良い香りがしてきます。 フィリピンでは、BBQというと、豚肉を一口サイズに切ったものを串に刺して焼いたものをいいます。 日本でいうと焼き鳥みたいなもの。 鶏肉でなくて豚肉、味付けも少し違います。 でもだいたい同じ。 豚肉のほかにも、ソーセージ、豚の耳、内臓とかがあります。 他にも、豚の血を固めたもの、鶏の頭もあります。 食べるときは、それを網の上にのせて焼いてもらいます。 で、数分後、焼き上がるので、それを、たれに浸して食べます。 たれは、通常、酢にタマネギ、トウガラシ等をつけたものと内臓から作ったソースをベースにした甘ダレがあります。 それを好みに合わせて浸します。 一串5ペソから8ペソくらい。 ビールがほしくなります。   続いて、フィッシュボール つみれみたいなものです。それを、油で揚げて食べるもの。 通常、フィッシュボールのほかに各種つみれ、ウズラの卵の天ぷら、鶏の軟骨などがあります。 食べるには、油で揚げて温めてもらいます。それを、BBQと同じようにたれに浸けて食べます。 こちらは、一串5ペソから10ペソです。 ここでの名物は、ワンデイオールド（One Day Old) 鶏がこの世に生まれて1日したひよこさんを熱い油のお風呂に入れてあげちゃいました。 残酷ですが・・・ ・・・ごめんなさい。おいしいです。   最後は、マミ。人の名前ではありません。 日本流にいったらラーメンです。 でも脂っこくなくあっさりしています。 トッピングは、チキン、ポーク、エッグがあります。 それに好み次第で、ネギ、トウガラシ、こしょう、酢などを使います。 酢を入れるとなかなかおいしいです。 もしかしたら、日本でもラーメンに酢を入れるとおいしいかもしれません。 一杯20から30ペソ。 おやつにも夜食にも良いです。

Some says that there are no work in the Philippines. And Filipinos are very fluently for English. And also Filipinos are industrious. These are reason why they can work abroad. However they also say Philippines are not developing because industrial people go abroad for work. I heard one from company. Even if they teach technique to staff, they will work abroad with the technique. So they don’t want to take time and money for the staff. It’s true also. If you are president/in charge, do you like to invest for the person? … Other things. Many Filipinos are working abroad, but not most of them. And they send money for family from abroad. ...

What is training? What is labor? Just want to have money? Or, you want to improve yourself? … Japanese training system is changed. It will follow minimum wage. So employer must pay trainees same as labor. So on personnel expenses, trainee and labor is same. So what is the differences? It is just their mind. If they consider only money, they are labor. If they see very well for their future, they are trainees. … But for employer, why do they want to have trainees from foreign countries? Before, they thought trainees are cheaper expenses, and also mind of voluntary. Now, Japanese economy is going down. I wonder that they still need trainees? … And employer needs to pay additional cost for foreign country’s trainees aside from personnel expenses. This is very important work in the world. To dispose waste. We are making a huge amount of garbage everyday. Where will it go? Sometimes we don’t mind our waste. Someones are dispose our waste. Some says the work is dirty, hard. However it is the most important work. If they are not working there, how will it be around us? Not even around us. Waste might be hidden somewhere in the mountain. But There are waste. … Not only them, astronomical number of micro-organisms are working for disposal our waste. We cannot live on the earth without them.

Like button is very nice system. You can share anything to your friends. Then your friends can share to her/his friends. So if it good contents, it will expand very fast, if you have many friends… hekhek. I thought the system is like spam… Yah, spam. It’s spam, but the way is very good. If a content is spreading from a person, you may find the content from different way through your friends. If you are searching the thing, you might trust it , because you find two same content from different way. But actually origin is same. フィリピンの公共交通機関。ジプニー 庶民の味方。ジプニー 通常、20人乗り。後ろ18人、前２人。 もともとは、アメリカ軍の運搬車だったらしい。 それを、フィリピン流に変身させ、バスのようにしてしまいました。 それで、日本のバスのように路線が決まっています。 でも・・・ その路線上ならほぼどこでも乗り降り可。 乗りたいときは、手（指）をあげて意思表示します。 そしたら、目の前で止まってくれます。 それで、空いている席に座ります。 で、行き先（km数）によった運賃を払います。運転手に。 初乗りは、7.5ペソ。 お金は伝言ゲームみたいに前に行きます。 ”バヤット” みんな親切で運転手の方へ渡していってくれます。 で、お釣りがある場合は、運転手がどこまで行くか尋ねます。 で、伝言ゲームでお釣りが帰ってきます。 ジプニーの中は安全空間です。 ほぼ誰も悪いことしません。 お釣りを盗ったり、運賃を盗ったりだまかしたり。 お釣りが多ければ多いと言って返します。 それで、降りたいときは、言います。 “パラ” ・・・ ジプニーは、どこにでもあります。 人を乗せます。 荷物も乗せます。 最大積載量無視です。 見た目はジープ。 でも、エンジンは日本の中古のディーゼルエンジンを乗せている人が多いです。 ・・・ ベンゲットでは、野菜の搬送にも役に立っています。 ジプニーを制するものはフィリピンを制す。

だんだん弱くなっていっている気がする。 この間の尖閣諸島の問題。 ちょっと前やったら中国にあんなことされることはなかった。 ･･･はず。 で、レアアース。 資源のある国には勝てません。 で、そんなこんなで、気になった。 TIMEの広告にSAMSUNGはあるのに日本の企業のはない。 TIMEはアメリカではびこってるから、それに広告を出すということは、アメリカでは韓国企業はもう有名か、すぐにでも有名になるかだと思う。 あー、、、韓国にも負けるようになるのかな･･･ 携帯もSAMSUNG急成長な気がする。 前までは、NOKIAが多かったけれど、SAMSUNGを持つ人が増えてきた。 しかもLGもちらほら。 LGがめっちゃくちゃ薄いテレビを開発したのも聞いたし。 ･･･ お金だけがすべてではないけれど、世界の中で日本は廃れていっている気がする。 アジアの中でも･･･ ･･･ これから日本をどうすればいいのか。 がんばってがんばって中国とかに立ち向かうのか。 大きい国には勝てないと思う。特に資源の面で。 アメリカは中国に商売の焦点を合わせてくるだろうし、中国もアメリカとか、インドとか、大きい国を相手にすると思う。 そんな中で、日本はどうしたら良いのか。 技術なんてものは流動的過ぎるからすぐに真似される。 ･･･ 製品で一番になり続けるべきか。 日本製＝最高品質 日本ブランドを維持すべきなのか。 それとも、ひっそり鎖国するか。 ほぼ全部自給自足。 ･･･ 日本には何の資源があるのか。 技術 気質、性格 文化 自然 と思った。 そんなのを生かす国にしていきたい。
