実業の世界ー日本は世界第5位の農業大国 日本は世界5位の農業大国 大嘘だらけの食料自給率 (講談社＋α新書) 浅川 芳裕   らしい。   読んでないからなんとも言えないけれど。 生産額で比べられても、日本は物価が高いやん。と思う。 それを、自給率で表されても正しくないように感じる。   カロリーベースならおなかが満たされる度合を表しているように思う。 いろいろ自給率が減るように企てられているらしいけれど。 専業農家のみ換算 とか 畜産関係 とか 廃棄物 とか   でも、思うに、 米はほぼ100% 生鮮野菜、特に軟弱野菜はほぼ100% 肉類は餌がほぼ輸入。 米以外の穀物はほぼ輸入。 果物も、生鮮のものはほぼ日本産だと思う。   それは、家庭の食卓に上るものに関してだと思う。   そのほかに 惣菜 レストランの食材 冷凍、加工もの は、輸入ものが多いように思う。 安すぎる。 ･･･ だいたい、物価の高い日本で、農産物が他に比べて安すぎる。 農家が生活していけるのか。   だから、 豊作で生産調整してるし、外国からの農産物に高い関税をかけている。 ･･･ そんなことを考えてみたら、感じで50-60％くらいなんかなと妄想する。   で、もし、農産物の輸入が減少していったら 肉が高い 味噌、しょうゆが高い おなかが今より50%くらいすく 外食、中食する量が減る。   ･･･ そうすると、遊休圃場が大豆生産 外食、中食産業衰退。か高級なものに。 日本食、粗食が進み、健康度合が上がる。 病気ななる度合が減るから医者要らず。 いろいろ豊富には食べれなくなる。 農産物の物価が高くなる。 ･･･ もしかして、良い方向なのかもしれない。 ･･･ 農産物の物価上昇で、インフレになるんやろな。 で、土地高騰。 バブル 景気良くなる 妄想でした。   日本は世界5位の農業大国 大嘘だらけの食料自給率 (講談社＋α新書) 浅川 芳裕
