1. clean rice with water.
remove dust from rice.
2. wash rice
remove rice bran, but not totally.
3. put water
same volume of rice plus 10% in jar. (If you use 10 cups of rice, put 11 cups of water)
4. absorption water into rice
ca. 30min leave the jar.
5. cook rice
at first, strong fire until overflowing boiled water from jar.
very small fire for 15-20 min. have attention if rice is burned. if so, still need to make smaller fire.
Don’t open cover. you need to keep high pressure in the jar.
6. steaming process
stop fire and leave 20-30min. don’t open cover.
7. Finish. Let’s eat :))

1. absorb enough water in rice. and enough water for cooking.
2. as shortest time as possible until boiling.
3. low fire to avoid burning.
4. don’t open cover for keeping high pressure in jar.
5. enough time for steaming process.
