It is new mokusaku demo plant in green valley. This stainless part is cute, even though it can collect mokusaku. Smoke is changing depending on burning/carbonizing process. At first, smoke seems free-flowing. then gradually, it changes to be syrupy. I need to observe more to imagine carbonization process by smoke characteristic.

みんなも苦しいんだと認識しなさい。と大切な本に書いていた。 苦しいときはどんなときかと考えた。 自分のこと、周りのことを考えた。 だいたい、板挟みに合ってることが苦しい時だと思った。 それと、知らないこととか誤解からの恐怖とか怒りとか。 人は独りで生きていないとその本に書いている。当たり前。 苦しいことをもらうのは周りから。幸せももらうのも周りから。 みんな苦しい。苦しいことから苦しいことを生み出したらみんなもっと苦しくなる。 一息ついてみんな幸せになることをする。

戦後、日本では食糧がありませんでした。だから、みんなお腹が空かないように食糧生産を第一にやって来ました。 その後、化学肥料、農薬という化学の力が後押しして食糧増産がどんどんできました。 しばらくしたら、その化学の力が生命に有害だということがわかってきて、それを減らすような努力がされてきました。 その一つの形が有機農業。でも、それは、大変です。だけれど、食の安全は守られなければなりません。そこで、ルールができ、安全でなければならない事になりました。そして、その安全性に付加価値を付けてブランドができ、生産者の名前、写真付き農産物などが出てきました。それが、安心につながっていると思います。 ･･･ 国も同じだと感じました。 昔は人口増加、経済成長、国民の暮らしを豊かにするためにいろいろなことをしてきました。 その中で、公害などが出てきて、それを規制するための法律もできました。 今の日本は、何でもあって生きていくには十分すぎる物があります。 でも、その十分すぎる物の陰にはいろいろ危険があります。原子力発電所みたいに。 これからは、経済成長という考え方を一段落させて、安全な国作り、安心できる国を作っていく必要があると思います。農業生産物が変化してきたように。 日本には、素晴らしい四季、自然があります。 中国に経済が抜かれたとしても日本には日本というものがあります。 それを大切にしていきたいと思う今日この頃。

Nature is mysterious. They create everything on the earth. There are a lot of plant species. They get solar energy, and nutrition from soil. And of course water and air. Then they produce many varieties of organic substances. Hot pepper create substance for spicy. Neem tree create substance as insect repellant. Beans create protein. Pine tree create resin. A lot of vegetable create their special substances. Then extract of wood, mokusaku has a lot of organic substances. Then it is different substances depending on material and processing. Even they get same energy and nutrition. It is really amazed to me.
